My Therapeutic Approach

Therapy with me starts with a place that feels accessible to you. I have an eclectic technique and use CBT, narrative therapy, and somatic awareness in my sessions where applicable. I approach therapy from a feminist lens and have a trauma-informed, queer-affirmative, and sex-positive approach.
